"I was disappointed to be charged more because I did not in the initial enquiry leave a post code. I was told when I queried the difference that this was because the the destinations were different but when I checked the map destinations on both quotes they were the same.
It is a shame because I would have used your services again but would not do so now. The rest of your service was excellent."
